
Christina Lechner, born in Steyr, made her first
experience on the guitar at the local Music School. From 1991 on she
visited the Music Gymnasium in Linz, joined the local Mozart Choir and began
to study guitar at Marianne Waidhofer at the Brucknerkonservatorium in Linz.
Additionally she took piano lessons at the Music School in Steyr and later at
the Brucknerkonservatorium at Mag. Anna Krauze.
She took intensive lessons in singing technique as well as training in relative
Solmisation at Kons. Josef Waidhofer at the Music School Perg. For several
years now Christina Lechner is a member of the Chamber Choir Perg, „die
lautmaler“.
After her Matura in 1997 she started her studies at der Anton
Bruckner Private University in instrumental and singing education as
well as concert guitar. She finished both her exams in 2006 with excellent
results.
